It is difficult to find a shop as good as this and I have to say if we ever had to move away - this would be one of the negatives - where would we take our vehicles for service? Matt and Manley and their mechanics go out of their way to get my car fixed and get back on the road as soon as possible. One time, they even came to the location where I was broken down. They will also take you home if you don't want to wait while your car is being repaired. I have been going to Flower Hill Automotive to maintain my cars and trucks for 20 years. I've been taking my cars to FlowerHill Automotive for the better part of the last 30-years. They are my mechanics no need to look further. They always get the job done right and I've never had to take it back, or had complaints. Recently, at the start of the Labor Day weekend (Friday night), I had some battery issues with my car that would have left me with a small nightmare to deal with over a holiday weekend. I called FlowerHill and they were there to take care of me at 5:45 and get me on the road to enjoy my weekend. They're the best! They've been the best for 30-years!!

The crew did a wonderful job repairing my air conditioning system. They determined my coolant line was damaged. Replacement would have costed approximately $2000! The team decided to attempt to repair it for me for a fraction of the cost. The repair job was successful, saving me nearly $1500!!!

We went to the corner Liberty Station and they screwed up the repair for the last time. Turns out; they'd neglected to replace our Accumulator so tiny pieces of metal were shredding each new condenser they'd put in. I thought my 1999 Ford Expedition with 234K miles was destined for the junkyard after a mechanic had misdiagnosed my engine problem as a costly head gasket issue. Matt at Flower Hill took it on for a second opinion and correctly diagnosed a much more simple and less costly electrical issue and my truck is back to being a reliable form of transportation again.

I could tell that my car would be in good hands. I dropped it off Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon, it was done and I was on my way. Manly and his mechanics at Flower Hill Automotive are friendly, dexterous and competent. They provided quality service on my oil change. This next comment is on a particular service agent. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID HAVING ANY SERVICE DONE BY RICHARD. I am extremely disappointed in his work on my Jeep. No matter how big a job, you must finish it correctly without any errors. After Richard dismantled my dash for the cooling fan repair, he left my car extremely dirty; he forgot to connect several electrical wires, pieces of my dash and console are now loose and have fallen off. The blower motor (which was taken out for the repair, began to rattle and make an audible noise. Upon inspection from another mechanic, the blower motor had evidently been tampered with during the repair and was broken. Several days after my car was repaired, my battery died. I am aware that my battery was unhooked during the repair. Richard is extremely forgetful and should retire. I am very upset with the service and I will never take my Jeep back to Flower Hill Automotive.
